All in store purchases are FINAL SALE. We accept Instagram and Online sale returns 1 WEEK from purchase, for refund or store credit. All Instagram returns are subject to a $1 processing fee. 

After 1 WEEK purchases are FINAL SALE. All returns must be done in person at our store location in Downtown Kitchener. 

Purses, Shoes, Swimwear and accessories and our disclaimed "As Is" items are FINAL SALE. 

After 3 MONTHS if items are not picked up they are returned to the store and a store credit (In the form of a digital gift card) will be issued for the total of your purchase.
